Eligibility
Participants must be 18+, or have parental/guardian consent.
Payments & Donations
- Payments are handled securely by third-party processors.
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Refunds & Cancellations
- If you cancel 24+ hours before an event, you'll receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before an event: non-refundable.
- Donations are non-refundable.
- If Pathways for Progress cancels an event, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future event.
Intellectual Property
All workshop materials remain the property of Pathways for Progress. You may not copy, distribute, or resell materials without permission.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing
- Respect and inclusion for all participants.
- Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
- Confidentiality is respected, except where disclosure indicates a risk of harm.
- Pathways for Progress workshops are not therapy — we provide guidance, not clinical or legal advice. If a participant discloses a safeguarding concern, we may signpost to appropriate support services.

Workshops and resources are for educational and support purposes only. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or legal advice, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation. If you require professional help, please seek an appropriate qualified practitioner.
