Neuro-inclusive support

We support neurodivergent individuals navigating education, employment, and life transitions — and help organisations build genuinely inclusive environments. No judgement, no generic advice, no pressure.

Our Mission

At Pathways for Progress, our mission is to empower neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities to navigate their unique journeys with confidence, clarity, and community.

We believe that progress is not linear — it's personal, diverse, and multidimensional. That's why we offer inclusive, affirming spaces and structured support designed around four core pillars: autonomy, access, authenticity, and advocacy.

Through creative workshops, mentoring, and peer-led dialogue, we aim to dismantle barriers, celebrate neurodivergent strengths, and foster a culture where all pathways are valid — and every step forward matters.

What guides us

Autonomy

Your choices, your pace. We support without prescribing.

Access

Removing barriers to education, employment, and support.

Authenticity

Space to be your true self.

Advocacy

Amplifying your voice and helping you be heard.

What people say

  • I've been working with Vasilis at Pathways for Progress for two years now. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely straightforward — whether it's Access to Work, my PIP application, or advice on my own business, he always knows what he's talking about and explains everything clearly.

  • Attending Pathways for Progress has been a really wonderful experience for me. It provided a safe and supportive space where I felt comfortable being myself and talking openly. Being around people who were going through similar experiences helped me feel understood and less alone. The support and encouragement I received have helped me build my confidence and feel more positive about moving forward. Vasilis and the team a very supportive, kind and patient person. I would definitely recommend Pathway for Progress to others as Vasilis will make them feel welcome and comfortable to share their experiences.

  • Pathways for Progress is a great programme that brings neurodivergent adults together to talk about their experience of growing with a disability and overcoming objects get towards our achieving goals. Vasilis has been a great mentor in going through all of the things that were so accurate to myself and my peers in this group. It has helped in how I can accomplish tasks that I want to complete and how to navigate my life through work and my social life as an autistic man. I loved every second of this group and I get very excited about each new workshop. I would encourage everyone to take part in it.

  • Pathways for Progress has given the opportunity to grow in confidence and when having dyslexia, one can still achieve. I have found the workshops useful hearing from others about how they cope with their disabilities.

  • I was hoping for the support to establish control of my diagnosis. I’ve always felt different but for many years I attributed this down to just being different - nothing more. Pathways for Progress has provided a structured grouping exercise with likeminded people who understand first hand the daily intricacies of living with a neurodivergent condition. The workshops have helped me towards feeling my ADHD is more controlled so it doesn’t control me which it has done and still does, admittedly. I struggle deeply with inactive symptoms so I can do big bursts of work in no time at all but the issue with this is that it is sporadic and has created a bad habit of spending long periods of time being inactive. P4P has given me a routine to attend workshops, learn new techniques to combat things I struggle with in relation to my ADHD, and I think lastly the biggest benefit I’ve experienced in attending the workshops is understanding the feelings I’ve felt for years are not just things particular to me. To hear Vasilis speak about feelings I’ve felt for years and demonstrate them through academic research, hearing they have real world definitions shows me that I’m not alone and that these feelings/habits have meaning in the outside world. This gives me hope and to understand these through P4P’s workshops has given me a feeling of control over the condition which I’ve never felt until the last couple of years. Slowly but surely I feel more confident in myself to understand neurodivergent conditions and how to live with them. Thanks for everything Pathways!
