Community Guidelines

By joining our community space you agree to these guidelines, our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Members must be 18 or over, and every new account is approved by our team.

Not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination
• Sharing other people's personal information or private messages
• Medical, medication, legal or financial advice
• Content encouraging self-harm, suicide or other dangerous behaviour
• Sexual, violent or illegal content
• Spam, advertising or selling without our permission
• Pretending to be someone else

This is a peer support space, not a crisis service, and it is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency call 999, or call Samaritans on 116 123.

Reporting and moderation

Use the Report button on any post, or email admin@pathwaysforprogress.co.uk. Posts are checked after publication. Posts containing certain words are held for a moderator before they appear, and posts reported by two members are hidden until we have checked them. If the guidelines are broken, we may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or close the account. Serious breaches may be reported to the police. You can ask for a decision to be reviewed through the complaints procedure in our Terms and Conditions.
