Pathways for Progress is an initiative which supports neurodiverse individuals as they transition from education into employment and everyday life. Through online workshops, we provide practical tools, emotional support, and real-world strategies to help participants build confidence, develop life skills, and navigate their personal and professional journeys.
Led with empathy and experience, Pathways for Progress creates a safe, inclusive space where everyone is valued and supported in moving forward—one step at a time.
Hi, I’m Vas, the founder of Pathways for Progress. I’ve spent over a decade supporting neurodiverse individuals across education and employment—working as a Specialist Study Skills Tutor, Employment Coach, and Mentor through the Disabled Student Allowance and Access to Work. I have worked in a range of higher education settings across the UK. I’m also a Life Coach with a strong passion for inclusive, person-centred support, helping people achieve their ambitions and reach their goals.
Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how the support available to neurodivergent people often stops after university—and that’s exactly why I started Pathways for Progress. This project aims to fill that gap with practical, community-led workshops that empower people to thrive beyond education, develop strategies that work for them, and feel confident navigating both life and work.
Whether I’m mentoring a student, supporting someone to start their own business, or running a workshop, my focus is always the same: to meet people where they are and help them move forward, with compassion and clarity.
